Customer price is calculated automatically from each part's unit cost. Bands are inclusive of both endpoints; the top tier has no upper bound.

Credit Card Fee
Global default applied to every customer's billing rules and every job. Invoices paid by credit card add it automatically as its own labelled line. Customers and individual invoices may override it.
